Overview
Previously, if a user wanted to raise a complaint about one of their orders, they had to contact customer service to have a ticket raised. They couldn't track their complaint or review previous tickets except through our customer service.
Therefore, this project aims to streamline this process for both the user and us. Now, users can initiate their complaints themselves, track their complaints, and review previous tickets—all through the app without needing to contact customer service.
Phase 1
Problem Understanding
Through meetings with the project manager, I understood the problem and discussed it further to analyze it in order to identify any constraints to consider. Additionally, we defined the project's goals and clarified exactly what is required.


Phase 2
Wireframing and User Flow
After understanding the problem and what is required, I created initial wireframes of the screens and clarified the user flow to discuss them later with the project manager to ensure there are no technical, programming, or time-related constraints.





Phase 3
UI design
After agreeing and approving what was discussed in the previous phase (Wireframing and User Flow) , it's now time to proceed with the final UI design as shown in the image below. Once finalized by the project manager, it will then move to the development phase for implementation by the developers.


Finally
Now, our users can easily raise their complaints without needing any assistance, which significantly reduces the burden on our customer service team. We are constantly striving to develop and enhance the user experience to make it even better. Our ongoing efforts focus on ensuring that our platform is user-friendly and efficient, reflecting our commitment to providing top-notch service and support to our valued users.
